Briefing
This document provides detailed operational statistics for Barrick Mining (Barrick Gold) for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. It includes gold and copper production, sales, costs (including cash costs and all-in sustaining costs), and capital expenditures by mine and region. The report also notes significant asset sales and operational changes during the period. Key points: Barrick Mining (Barrick Gold) reports gold and copper production, sales, and cost data for Q4 and full-year 2025, broken down by mine and region; Key metrics include gold ounces produced and sold, copper tonnes produced and sold, cost of sales, total cash costs, and all-in sustaining costs (AISC), with figures provided on both 100% and attributable share bases; The report details capital expenditures (minesite sustaining and project) for each major asset; Significant asset transactions occurred: Hemlo gold mine was sold to Carcetti Capital Corp. (closed November 26, 2025), and Tongon gold mine was sold to Atlantic Group (closed December 1, 2025); Operational disruptions and jurisdictional issues are noted, such as the temporary suspension and subsequent return of control at Loulo-Gounkoto in Mali; Pueblo Viejo is now reported under North America instead of South America & Asia Pacific as of Q4 2025; Non-GAAP financial measures are used for cost reporting, with references to endnotes for further reconciliation. This brief is based on the cited source artifact and is intended as a research entry point, not a replacement for the original source or EGM canonical data tables.
