effective date August 14, 2026 and a report date of September 22, 2026 (the “Technical Report”).
2. I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Materials Science
Engineering, and Master of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2011.
3. I am a Professional Engineer registered with Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland and Labrador
(No. 12430), Professional Engineers Ontario (No. 100186379).
4. I have practiced my profession continuously for over 15 years with experience in the development, design,
operation and commissioning of tailings and mine backfill systems, focusing backfill mix design, process design and
optimization, both domestic and internationally. Examples of projects I have worked on include: Giant Mine
Remediation Project, NexGen Rook I Project, Eldorado Gold Ormaque and Triangle UDS design, and Los Gatos
Backfill Optimization.
5. I have read the definition of “Qualified Person” set out in the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure
for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and certify that by virtue of my education, affiliation to a professional association
and past relevant work experience, I fulfil the requirements to be a “Qualified Person” for those sections of the
Technical Report that I am responsible for preparing.
6. I have not visited the Ming Mine project site.
7. I am responsible for 1.14.2, 13.5, 16.8.8, 21.2.3, 24.6.4, 25.1.6, 25.2.5, 26.6 and 27 of the Technical Report.
8. I am independent of FireFly Metals Ltd. as independence is defined in Section 1.5 of NI 43-101.
9. I have had no previous involvement with the Ming Mine project.
10. I have read NI 43-101 and the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible have been prepared in
compliance with that Instrument. As of the effective date of the Technical Report, to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief, the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible contain all scientific and
technical information that is required to be disclosed to make those sections of the Technical Report not misleading.

2. I am a graduate of Laurentian University with a B.Sc. in Geology from 1994.
3. I am a Professional Geologist registered with the Professional Geologists of Ontario (No. 1366) and Professional
Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland and Labrador (No. 11897).
4. I have practiced my profession continuously for over 30 years with experience in mine geology and mineral resource
evaluation of mineral projects nationally and internationally in a variety of commodities including 8 years of direct
working experience in gold mining operations located in northern Ontario, 9 years of base metals experience based
in Sudbury Ontario and 15 years of multi-commodity consulting experience with WSP and Golder Associates.
5. I have read the definition of “Qualified Person” set out in the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure
for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and certify that by virtue of my education, affiliation to a professional association
and past relevant work experience, I fulfil the requirements to be a “Qualified Person” for those sections of the
Technical Report that I am responsible for preparing.
6. I visited the Ming Mine project site on April 28th to 30th , 2026 for a duration of 3 days.
7. I am responsible for Sections 1.2, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.12, 2.4.2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 14, 24.3, 25.1.2, 25.2.1, 25.3.1, 26.3
and 27 of the Technical Report.
8. I am independent of FireFly Metals Ltd. as independence is defined in Section 1.5 of NI 43-101.
9. My prior involvement with the property that is the subject of the Technical Report consists of internal grade
estimation for the Lower Footwall Zone completed in 2019 for Rambler Metals and Mining and as a QP for FireFly
Metals for geology related sections (excluding resource estimate) of the 2024 and 2025 MRE technical reports.
10. I have read NI 43-101 and the sections of the Technical Report for which I am responsible have been prepared in
compliance with that Instrument. As of the effective date of the Technical Report, to the best of my knowledge,

Generation Mining’s Marathon Copper-Palladium Project, Sibanye Stillwater’s East Boulder Mine and Stillwater
Mine, and Coeur Mining’s Palmarejo Mine.
5. I have read the definition of “Qualified Person” set out in the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure
for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and certify that by virtue of my education, affiliation to a professional association

including geochemical characterization of waste rock, ore, overburden, and tailings; static and kinetic test program
design and interpretation; and assessment of acid rock drainage and metal leaching potential for mine development
and closure planning. Examples of projects I have worked on or contributed to include: Mayfair Fenn-Gib PFS,
Generation Mining Marathon PGM Project EA and EIS, Agnico Eagle Canadian Malartic Mine site geochemistry, Tata
Steel Minerals Canada Goodwood site geochemistry, and geochemical specialization for various sites across the
Timmins Mine camp for Discovery Silver.
