This presentation contains “forward-lo oking in fo rmation” within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities regulations and “forward-lo oking statements” within the meaning of the United States Private Securities Litigation Refo rm Act of 1995
(collective ly, “forward-lo oking in formation”). The forward-looking in fo rmation contained in this presentation is made as of the date of this presentation. Except as required under applicable securities le gislatio n, Greenland Mines Ltd (“GRML”) do es not
in tend, and do es not assume any obligation, to update this forward-lo oking in fo rmation.
Forward-lo oking in fo rmation in cludes, but is not limited to, statements with respect to the timing and update of historic in fo rmation; the po te ntial for expansion, new discoveries and future cash flows; future price of min erals and the effects thereof; the
estimation of min eralization; the timing and amount of estimate d capital expenditures; costs and timing of proposed activities; plans and budgets for and expected results of explo ration activities; permitting time-lines; requirements for additio nal capital;
governmen t regulation of min ing operations; environme ntal risks; reclamation obligations and expenses; title disputes or claim s, adequacy of in surance coverage, the availability of qualified labour, acquisition plans and strategies, the payment of
divide nds in the future, and GRM L's use of the proceeds of an Offering. Often, but not always, forward-lo oking in fo rmation can be identifie d by the use of words such as “plans”, “expects”, “is expected”, “budget”, “scheduled”, “estimate s”, “forecasts”,
“intends”, “anticipates”, or “believes” or the negative s thereof or variations of such words and phrases or statements that certain actions, events or results “may”, “could”, “wo uld”, “might” or “will” be take n, occur or be achieved.
This forward-lo oking in fo rmation is based on certain assumptio ns that GRM L believes are reasonable, in cluding that the curre nt price of and dem and for min erals being targeted by GRM L will be sustained or will improve, the supply of min erals targeted
will remain stable, that the company’s curre nt exploration programs and objectives can be achieved, that gen eral business and economic conditions will not change in a material adverse manner, that financin g will be available if and when needed on
reasonable terms and that GRM L will not experien ce any material accident, labour dispute, or failure of plant or equ ipme nt.
While GRM L considers these assumptions to be reasonable based on in fo rmation curre ntly available to it, they may prove to be in correct. Forward-lo oking in fo rmation in volves known and unknown risks, uncertainties and other facto rs which may cause
the actu al results, performance or achievements of GRM L to be materially diffe ren t from any future results, performance or achievements expressed or implied by the forward-lo oking in fo rmation. Such facto rs in clude, among others, the risk that actu al
results of explo ration activities will be diffe ren t than anticipated, the cost of labour, equ ipme nt or materials in crease more than expected, that the future price of min erals targeted by GRM L will decline, that changes in project parameters as plans
continue to be refined may result in in creased costs, that plant, equ ipme nt or processes will fail to operate as anticipated, that accidents, labour disputes and other risks gen erally associated with min ing may occur and that unanticipated delays in
obtaining go vernmen tal approvals or financin g or in the completion of developme nt or construction activities may occur. Altho ugh GRM L has attempted to identify important facto rs that could cause actu al actions, events or results to diffe r materially
from those described in forward-looking in formation, there may be other facto rs that cause actions, events or results not to be as anticipated, estimate d or in tended.
There can be no assuran ce that forward-lo oking in fo rmation will prove to be accurate, as actu al results and future events could diffe r materially from those anticipated in such statements. Readers are cautioned not to place any reliance on
forward-lo oking in fo rmation due to the in here nt uncertainty thereof. Certain technical and scientific in fo rmation contained in this presentation is subject to National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclo sure for Mineral Pro jects and has bee n derive d
from, or is consistent with, technical repo rts prepare d in acco rdance with NI 43-101 or S-K 1300. Mineral reso urces are not min eral reserves and do not have dem onstrated economic viability. U.S. in vestors are cautioned not to assume that all or any
part of any Measure d or Indicated Mineral Resource will ever be converte d in to Mineral Reserves, and no assuran ce can be given that the economic viability of any project will be dem onstrated unless and until suppo rted by a compliant economic study.
Inferred min eral reso urces have a high degree of uncertainty as to their existence and economic and le gal feasibility, and there is no certainty that all or any part of an in ferred min eral reso urce will ever be upgraded to a higher cate gory or converte d
in to a min eral reserve. In additio n, certain in fo rmation contained in this presentation has bee n derive d from third-party so urces believed by GRM L to be reliable; however, such in fo rmation has not bee n in depen dently verified, and no representation is
made as to its accuracy or completeness, and GRM L undertakes no obligation to verify or update such in fo rmation. Refe ren ces in this presentation to vanadiu m, gallium, iron and titaniu m relate to historical work, min eralogical and metallurgical studies,
and conceptual developme nt po te ntial, and do not constitu te curre nt Mineral Resources or Mineral Reserves unless expressly stated otherwise.

Mineral Re sources and Reserve s. Mineral Re sources are not Mineral Reserves and do not have demo nstrated economic viability. The Company has not established Mineral Reserves at either pro ject. Inferred M ineral Reso urces are subject to greater
uncertainty than Indicate d Mineral Resources and it should no t be assu med that an y part of an Inferre d Mineral Resource will be upgraded to a higher category.
The Sarfartoq Initial Assessme nt is preliminary in nature. It is based o n an AACE International Class 5 cost estimate with an accuracy range of approximately ±50%, and it inclu des Inferred Mineral Resources that represent 43.6% of scheduled mill
feed by to nnage and 31.8% of contained TREO. Inferred Mineral Resources are co nsidered too speculative geologically to have t he economic con siderations applied to the m that would enable th em to be cate gorised as Mineral Reserves. There is no
certainty that the results of the In itial Assessment will be realised. Re sults are reported as a range and no single value sho uld be relied upon. Estimate s of this class are suitable fo r assessi ng wheth er a pro ject merits advancement to the next stage of
