“Technical Report”).
2. I graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1996 where I obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining
and Mineral Process Engineering.
3. I am a Professional Engineer, registered with Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, member number 24527.
4. I have practiced my profession continuously for 30 years and have been involved in the design, evaluation, and
operation of mineral processing facilities during that time. Approximately half of my professional practice has been
the supervision and management of metallurgical test work related to feasibility and prefeasibility studies of projects
involving flotation technologies. Previous projects that I have worked on that have similar features to the North Island
Project are Berg, Mt Milligan, Copper Creek, Santo Tomas, and Spanish Mountain. Project financial models that I have
reviewed and contributed to the inputs include Berg, Copper Creek, Santo Tomas, and Panuco.
5. I have read the definition of “Qualified Person” set out in the National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for
Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and certify that by virtue of my education, affiliation to a professional association and
past relevant work experience, I fulfill the requirements to be a “Qualified Person” for those sections of the Technical
Report that I am responsible for preparing.
6. I have not visited the North Island Project.

2. I graduated from Sharif University of Technology with a BSc and an MSc in Materials Science and Engineering in 2003
and 2006, respectively. In 2011, I graduated from the University of Alberta with a PhD in Materials Engineering.
3. I am a Professional Engineer registered with the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (No. 40965) and
Engineers Yukon (3343).
4. I have practiced my profession for 21 years. My relevant experience includes designing tailings and waste rock storage
facilities as well as managing geotechnical field investigation and lab testing programs for mining projects across the
globe. I have acted as the Qualified Person for similar projects, such as:

b. Marban Project Prefeasibility Study
c. Val-d'Or East Project Preliminary Economic Assesment
A summary of the more recent portion of my professional career is as follows:

Report that I am responsible for preparing.
6. I visited the North Island Project on July 30, 2024, for the duration of 1 day.
7. I am responsible for 1.14.9, 2.4.1, 18.4, 25.15.1.4.3, 25.15.2.5.2, 26.6, and 27 of the Technical Report.
8. I am independent of the Company as independence is defined in Section 1.5 of NI 43-101.
9. I have had no previous involvement with the property that is the subject of this report.

Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and certify that by virtue of my education, affiliation to a professional association and
