Account, billing, research and privacy help
Email is the supported contact route. Include the email address on your EGM account, but never send a password, payment-card number or private API key.
Account and sign-in
For verification, sign-in or account-access problems, tell us the account email, the page you were using and the exact error message. Do not send your password or authentication code.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Paying members can open Billing while signed in and use Manage subscription / cancel to reach the Stripe customer portal. If that is unavailable, email us with the account email and request cancellation. For a billing error, refund request or cooling-off cancellation, include the invoice date and a short explanation—never full card details.
Incorrect or missing research data
Send the company name, the page or field, what appears wrong, and an official company or regulatory source if you have one. We prefer a visible gap to an unsupported correction and will review evidence before changing research data.
Privacy and account data
To request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal information, email with the subject Privacy request. We may need to verify your identity. Read the privacy policy for more information.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, email a concise description and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other customers' information or include live secrets in the report.
